A Valentine Surprise....

This one was really fun. I made it for a dear friend who just moved into a new apartment. It looks spectacular in her kitchen.

Fast and easy this cloth should knit up in no time ready for Valentine's Day. Or make it as a sweet gift for someone you love.

"Be My Dishcloth"

Finished Measurements :
10"x10"

Materials: 1 ball Lily Sugar'n Cream Solid
US #3/3.25mm needles
Tapestry Needle

Notes: I used a smaller needle size to obtain denser fabric for daily dishes.

Note: Chart does not include the 4 seed stitch border on either side.

Your blog is adorable (oops someone already used that word in a comment... I guess it's true then) ;-)

Your family picture is so cute. You look happy together. I'm sure you'll get many pics of that cloth done pretty soon.

Kris, your patterns are lovely and your babies simply adorable! Thank you so much for sharing them with us!

I have been looking at your Flickr pictures: may I ask, where did you get the pattern for the little pink knitted cat? I am so taken with her and would love to make one for my 24yo DD who simply LOVES cats.

Also, how can I send you pics of your cloths when I have made them? I have 2 on my "must make SOON" list.

This one is my favorite so far. I am prone to heart patterns anyway. I just love this one.

I am curious how you made your graph look so realistic? Do you have a special program?

are the even rows supposed to be knit rather than purl? I'm a newer knitter and I'm only getting the garter stitch when I follow the directions. . . help.

I made this cloth for a Valentine's Day gift for my mother in law who has breast cancer. She doesn't do anything crafty and she will be SO impressed. Now I want to make one for my mom and for myself too. Ooh, and only three days until Valentine's Day. Thanks for sharing this free pattern. I may be purchasing your other patterns on Ravelry sometime soon. They are just the perfect "quick" knitting fix. I've shared the link to your blog with several fellow knitters already. I'd better get knitting!
