For All The Dads In Your Life...

I made this quick knit for my Father-in Law today. It'll be a washcloth that I'm sure he'll get use out of. After the Mother's Day cloth that could be used year round for any occasion you would want to give some knitted love, I decided we could all use this Fatherly one as well. It can be used for birthday's and any other holiday. This pattern is great for beginner knitters and have full easy to follow, line by line instructions.

I'm going to be writing a post in a few days with lots of tips and tricks on dishcloth knitting and ways to photograph, block and get the best stitch definition you possibly can. I just have to gather all my thoughts and write them down.

Father's Day Cloth:

Awesome pattern! Father's day in New Zealand isn't until September, so i'll hold onto this until then :)

Thanks so much for sharing this! I'm really looking forward to your post of dishcloth tips and tricks as I seem to be missing something really important when it comes to ending up with a satisfactory end product.

I was thinking about knitting some dishcloths or potholders for my Dad for Father's Day but wasn't sure what pattern to do. This one is great. We aren't seeing them until this weekend so that gives me lots of time to knit a few. Thanks for sharing!
